What the tool does

You give it a photo of a VIN, HIN, or serial plate, some photos, and a few details. It writes listing text and suggests things like a photo order and a rough price range. That's it.

What it does not do

It does not post your listing anywhere. Marketplaces don't let apps post on your behalf — you copy the text and post it yourself. It is not affiliated with Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Craigslist, or any other marketplace; those names only describe where you can paste your listing. You must follow each marketplace's own rules.

The AI can be wrong — you're responsible

The listing text, the plate reading, the condition suggestions, and any price range are generated by AI from what you provide. They can be inaccurate or incomplete. Any price range is a rough estimate for your convenience — it is not an appraisal, valuation, or guarantee of what your item is worth or will sell for. Before you post, read everything, fix anything that's wrong, and make sure it's honest. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing.

Your responsibilities

• You own the item, or have the right to sell it.
• Your listing is honest and describes the real condition.
• You follow the law and the rules of wherever you post.
• You handle the sale, the buyer, payment, and any transfer yourself.

Pricing

Your first listing is free. Paid options may be offered after that. Any paid features are billed through our payment provider; prices are shown before you pay. Prices are shown in CAD. US customers are charged in USD at checkout. Customers elsewhere are charged in CAD.

Billing, listings & refunds

Plans are a set number of finished listings, not unlimited use. A listing credit is only used when you generate a finished listing — drafts, skipped steps, and retakes never consume one. Pro plans (Quarterly or Annual) renew automatically until you cancel, and any unused listings in a period do not roll over to the next. AListing Pack ($11.99 for 3) and top-ups ($7.99 for 2) are one-time purchases; your unused listings remain in your account until you use them. The finished text of a listing you generate is stored on your account for up to 6 months and then deleted; your photos are never uploaded and stay on your device.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel a Pro plan before the next renewal, you keep access until the end of your current period; when it ends, access to paid features stops. One-time purchases (packs and top-ups) are not refundable once used. If you have a question about a charge, contact us before disputing it with your card company.

No warranty; limit of liability

The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the tool or from any listing you create or post with it, including a sale that goes wrong, a bad offer, or an inaccurate description.

Ideas & feedback

If you send us a feature idea or feedback, you agree we may use it freely — without restriction, compensation, or attribution. Please don't send anything confidential.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
